Terry is the owner/operator of Shadow Glen Riding Stables and has been in the equine industry for 45 years.  He comes from a family of horse professionals beginning with his Latvian-born grandfather John Nordt, and extending through his Grandpa Joe and Grandma Sally Alexander.  He also owns a ranch in Quincy, CA which provides riding, camping and ranch experiences for children and families.  With a personally trained herd of 100 horses, he specializes in safe, sound trails rides, horse and ranch camps, lesson programs, and many other guest experiences.  With a passion for the “Old West” lifestyle, he has a lifetime of experience to share with any and all folks interested in trying an outdoor horse adventure.
